WHAT IS EXPECTED OF YOU
We are seeking an enthusiastic Account Supervisor with experience in developing cross-channel, campaigns in an agency environment. You will have an opportunity to be a part of a truly talented team of account leaders, strategists, and creative individuals on a variety of accounts. As an Account Supervisor you are required to be a strategic problem solver who is able to understand complex client requests and to ultimately recommend effective solutions. The position requires a strong self-starter with the motivation to take ownership of projects and ensure the success of implemented marketing solutions based on a strong strategic foundation.
ACCOUNT TEAM OVERVIEW
We are strategically-minded relationship builders who understand our clients as well as we understand ourselves. We own the projects from an external standpoint and ensure all work is on strategy. We drive the work and manage all aspects of the account including financial oversight and management. Finally, we seek out opportunities to organically grow the account and drive revenue by nurturing our relationships over time.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Leading the entire piece of business through cross-functional
agency areas (Strategy, Planning, Creative, Digital, Project Management)
- Proactively nurturing and driving the client relationship
- Demonstrate a clear, persuasive presentation style
- Interact and manage all levels within the client’s organization
from the C-level to day-to-day
- Defining strategic goals and objectives for client’s business and
project-specific work
- Management and implementation of database marketing programs as
well as large-scale website projects and/or integrated marketing campaigns
- Reviews,
evaluates, and critiques creative ideas/output to ensure that work meets brand
and project objectives/strategies, client demands and agency quality standards.
- Mentoring and managing junior team members
- Analyze problems and offer business solutions based on a deep
understanding of all client businesses and industries
- Developing detailed project requirements
- Monitor the success of assigned accounts to identify areas for
improvement and revenue growth
- Must be organized with clear and concise communication style
- Confident and comfortable engaging in new business development
SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 – 8 years prior experience at an advertising agency or marketing
communications environment
- Solid analytical, verbal and written skills
- Strategically minded and able to leverage data and client reports
to support marketing initiatives
- Excellent communication skills, solution oriented and ability to
multi-task are a must
- Proven strong digital acumen (i.e., experience on websites,
digital programs, online campaigns, apps or mobile)
